My name is Tijana,
I'm a certified Classical Pilates teacher, embracing the Pilates Method, initially called by Joseph H. Pilates "Contrology".

I firmly believe that hard work, mixed with a positive and passionate approach is the foundation for success in any challenge.

Teaching means for me the unique opportunity to help and guide clients in their unique journey to reestablish a harmonious connection with their bodies, and to overcome physical and mental boundaries.


The Pilates Method is a system of exercises developed by Joseph H. Pilates. Comprised of both matwork and equipment exercises, it aims at building a strong and flexible body, and at restoring the mind-body connection.

Pilates "is a full-body workout" that focuses on the the re-education of the body. Through the controlled and intentional execution of specific series of exercises, Pilates rewires old muscle memories and reeducates our bodies to perform correctly the movement patterns that we apply in our daily life.
